Riemenantrieb: Bei dieser Antriebsart \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt der Motor die Kraft \u00fcber Riemenscheibe und Riemen auf die Schlammpumpe. Es gibt vier Antriebsarten f\u00fcr Riemenantriebe: CV-, CRZ-, CLZ- und ZVZ-Antrieb. Der Unterschied zwischen diesen vier Arten liegt in der Anordnung von Pumpe und Motor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) CV-Antrieb: Bei dieser Antriebsart ist der Motor oberhalb der Lagereinheit der Pumpe montiert. Pumpe und Motor haben keine gemeinsame Basis; der Motor wird durch Verschrauben eines kleinen Motorsitzes befestigt. Charakteristisch f\u00fcr diese Antriebsart ist die relativ kompakte Bauweise, die Platz spart und sich f\u00fcr den Einsatz unter beengten Bedingungen eignet. Da der Motor oben angeordnet ist, wird zudem das Eindringen von Wasser und damit verbundene Sch\u00e4den verhindert. Bei Motoren mit hoher Leistung ist diese Antriebsart jedoch nicht empfehlenswert. Aufgrund des h\u00f6heren Leistungsgewichts kann die Stabilit\u00e4t beeintr\u00e4chtigt werden, und es kann zu einer Kopflastigkeit kommen. Von der Ansaugrichtung der Pumpe aus betrachtet, handelt es sich bei links montiertem Motor um einen CL-Antrieb, bei rechts montiertem Motor um einen CR-Antrieb. Bei gemeinsamer Basis von Pumpe und Motor steht \u201cZ\u201d f\u00fcr die Verbindung. Bei gro\u00dfen Pumpen wird aufgrund ihres Gewichts und Volumens in der Regel auf eine gemeinsame Basis verzichtet. Vorteilhaft bei dieser Montageart ist der relativ ruhige Lauf, da die Pumpe bodenstehend installiert wird. Der Unterschied besteht darin, dass der Motor eine gemeinsame Basis besitzt und sich direkt hinter der Pumpe befindet. Die h\u00f6here Positionierung des Motors wird durch die erh\u00f6hte Motorbasis erreicht. Da die Anordnung von Motor und Pumpe bei dieser Antriebsart einem gro\u00dfen \u201cZ\u201d \u00e4hnelt, wird sie als ZVZ-Antrieb bezeichnet. Durch die h\u00f6here Position des Motors wird verhindert, dass bei einem Wasseraustritt Wasser in den Motor eindringt.
