Dabei werden hydraulische Leistung, strukturelle Festigkeit, dynamische Eigenschaften, Verschlei\u00dfmechanismen und die Formgebung verschlei\u00dffester Materialien ber\u00fccksichtigt. Aufbauend auf ihrer bestehenden Basis hat die Gruppe vier zentrale Plattformen etabliert: die Plattform f\u00fcr umweltfreundliches Design, die Plattform f\u00fcr umweltfreundliche Fertigung, die Plattform f\u00fcr umweltfreundliches Testen sowie die Plattform f\u00fcr die Analyse und das Management des Produktlebenszyklus von umweltfreundlichen Pumpen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kingda Pump Group23 gilt seit jeher als f\u00fchrendes Zentrum f\u00fcr die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produkten im Bereich der Fest-Fl\u00fcssig-Zweiphasenstr\u00f6mungstheorie in China. Neben der ma\u00dfgeblichen Rolle bei der Entwicklung inl\u00e4ndischer Normen f\u00fcr Schlammpumpen hat die Gruppe im Laufe der Jahre auch Pionierarbeit bei der Entwicklung verschiedener verschlei\u00dffester Werkstoffe speziell f\u00fcr Schlammpumpen sowie fortschrittlicher Produktions- und Verarbeitungstechniken geleistet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ausr\u00fcstung<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Der <a href=\"https:\/\/kingdapump.com\/de\/rubber-lined-slurry-pumps\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0126f9\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Gummi<\/mark><\/a> Die Werkstatt der Kingda Pump Group beherbergt derzeit drei gro\u00dfe Flachvulkanisationsmaschinen. Darunter befindet sich eine 4000-Tonnen-Flachvulkanisationsmaschine f\u00fcr Gummi mit einer Heizplattengr\u00f6\u00dfe von 3300 \u00d7 3500 mm, die haupts\u00e4chlich f\u00fcr die Herstellung von gro\u00dfen Schlammpumpen\u00fcberlaufteilen und extragro\u00dfen Gummiprodukten verwendet wird. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Werkstatt verf\u00fcgt au\u00dferdem \u00fcber eine 2000-Tonnen-Flachvulkanisiermaschine und eine importierte 800-Tonnen-Transfervulkanisiermaschine aus Australien. Heizsystem, Hydrauliksystem und Betriebssystem der Transfervulkanisiermaschine basieren auf Siemens-Bedienprogrammen. Dank hoher Temperaturgenauigkeit, stabilem Druck sowie energieeffizienten und umweltfreundlichen Eigenschaften optimiert diese Anlage den Fertigungsprozess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/kingdapump.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Rubber-Workshop.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17162\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kingdapump.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Rubber-Workshop.jpg 700w, https:\/\/kingdapump.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Rubber-Workshop-300x129.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Physikalisches Labor f\u00fcr Gummi<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Werkstatt verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein Gummiphysiklabor mit modernster Ausr\u00fcstung. Dazu geh\u00f6ren eine servogesteuerte, computergesteuerte Tisch-Universalpr\u00fcfmaschine TH-8201S mit einer Kapazit\u00e4t von 2 Tonnen, ein Vulkanisationspr\u00fcfger\u00e4t MDR-2000 ohne Rotor mit einer Drehmomentanzeige von 0,001 Nm, ein intelligentes, computergesteuertes Mooney-Viskosimeter MV2-2000, ein Feststoffdichtemessger\u00e4t MZ-A300 mit einem Wiegebereich von 0,005\/0,01 bis 300 g und einer Dichtegenauigkeit von 0,001 g\/cm\u00b3 sowie eine Abriebpr\u00fcfmaschine WX-76 von Akron.
