Parmi elles, une vulcanisatrice plate en caoutchouc de 4\u00a0000 tonnes, dot\u00e9e d&#039;une plaque chauffante de 3\u00a0300 x 3\u00a0500 mm, principalement utilis\u00e9e pour la production de grandes pi\u00e8ces de d\u00e9bordement pour pompes \u00e0 boues et de produits divers en caoutchouc extra-larges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;atelier dispose \u00e9galement d&#039;une vulcanisatrice \u00e0 plat de 2\u00a0000 tonnes et d&#039;une vulcanisatrice par transfert de 800 tonnes, import\u00e9e d&#039;Australie. Le syst\u00e8me de chauffage, le syst\u00e8me hydraulique et le syst\u00e8me d&#039;exploitation de cette derni\u00e8re utilisent tous les programmes Siemens. Il comprend une machine d&#039;essai universelle de mat\u00e9riaux de table servo-informatis\u00e9e TH-8201S d&#039;une capacit\u00e9 de 2 T, un testeur de vulcanisation sans rotor MDR-2000 avec un couple de serrage de 0,001 N\u2022m, un viscosim\u00e8tre Mooney intelligent informatis\u00e9 MV2-2000, un densim\u00e8tre solide MZ-A300 avec une plage de pes\u00e9e de 0,005\/0,01 \u00e0 300 g et une pr\u00e9cision de densit\u00e9 de 0,001 g\/cm\u00b3, ainsi qu&#039;une machine d&#039;abrasion WX-76 Akron.
