Slurry Pump Spare and Wear Parts
Impeller: The impeller is the core part of the slurry pump accessories. It is installed at one end of the pump shaft and directly connected to the pump shaft. The impeller directly acts on the medium, transfers energy to the medium and generates kinetic energy, there are various materials to be chosen.
Volute casing: The volute casing is used to guide the flow out of the impeller in order to convert the slurry flow’s kinetic energy into pressure; it serves to collect the fluid discharged from the impeller and route it to the outlet.
Metal/Rubber Lining: Kingda slurry pump has a double pump casing structure, that is, the pump is equipped with a replaceable liner Metal/Rubber Lining). Such design will reduce the maintenance cost and extend the working life of whole pump.
Bearing Assembly: The bearing assembly belongs to the rotating part of the slurry pump, and mainly consists of shafts, bearing box, bearings, sleeves, rings and other parts. Kingda slurry pump bearing assembly has the characteristics of a large-diameter shaft and a short cantilever, which minimizes the deflection and vibration.
