Metal Liner & FrontRear liner
Kingda slurry pump has a double pump casing structure, that is, the pump body and pump cover are equipped with a replaceable wear-resistant metal liners (including impeller, sheath, guard plate liners, etc.). Kingda’s horizontal slurry pump parts and vertical sewage pump spare parts are interchangeable with Warman slurry pump parts and other brands of slurry pumps. In addition, we accept pump parts OEM and ODM business, especially pump parts that are quick-wear part or vulnerable.
Metal Liner
The metal liner (volute sheath) is a curved shape, and it is usually used with the impeller. As the cross-sectional area increases, the volute reduces the velocity of the liquid and increases the pressure of the liquid. The main purpose of the volute is to help balance the pressure in the pump, while the sheath can withstand high pressures. Such metal liners are mainly used in AH series slurry pumps, SP series sump slurry pumps, ZGB slurry pumps, AF froth pumps, L-type slurry pumps, etc.
Front/Rear Liner
The front liner is made of high chromium alloy or natural rubber. It is the outlet position of the liquid in the pump chamber. The front liner of the small slurry pump is integrally cast with the metal liner. The rear liner is generally made of high chromium alloy or natural rubber.
