High Wear Resistance

Corrosion Resistance

When conveying corrosive slurries, the alloy materials developed by Kingda will form a passivation protective film on the metal surface, so that even if it is in contact with oxidizing corrosive media (seawater, sulfuric acid, carbonate, salt slurry) for a long time, it will not be dissolved or damaged on a large scale.

Stainless Steel

The stainless steel slurry pump developed by Kingda has high strength, high impact toughness and corrosion resistance.

Its strength is twice that of ordinary stainless steel, and it has good corrosion resistance in corrosive media of different temperatures and concentrations. It can be widely used in textile, pulp, pharmaceutical, chemical, sugar, metallurgy and other industries.

Wear-resistant Ceramics

Kingda also provides wear-resistant ceramic materials that can replace metals. They can be used for the wear parts of slurry pumps. Their hardness is second only to diamond. They are resistant to corrosion by all strong and weak acids except hydrofluoric acid, and by bases. The service life under the same working conditions is more than 4-6 times that of ordinary slurry pumps.

The working principle of the slurry pump is the same as that of the centrifugal pump. The rotation of the impeller in the pump generates centrifugal force. Under the action of centrifugal force, the fluid is sucked into the pump. After being accelerated by the impeller, the fluid generates a higher pressure and is pumped out from the outlet, thereby transporting the fluid.
