Impeller
The impeller is one of the flow parts of the slurry pump and It is the core part of the slurry pump accessories. The impeller is installed at one end of the pump shaft and directly connected to the pump shaft. It is the main work part when the pump is running.
Expeller& Expeller Ring
The Expeller is also one of the important parts of the slurry pump. It is combined with the Expeller ring to form the Expeller seal of the slurry pump. It is one of the three most common used types of slurry pump shaft seals.

Metal Liner & FrontRear Liner
Kingda slurry pump has a double pump casing structure, that is, the pump body and pump cover are equipped with a replaceable wear-resistant metal liners (including impeller, sheath, guard plate liners, etc.). Kingda’s horizontal slurry pump parts and vertical sewage pump spare parts are interchangeable with Warman slurry pump parts and other brands of slurry pumps. In addition, we accept pump parts OEM and ODM business, especially pump parts that are quick-wear part or vulnerable
Rubber Liner- Frame Plate Liner And Cover Plate Liner
Kingda slurry pump has a double pump casing structure, that is, the pump body and pump cover are equipped with a replaceable wear-resistant liner and it coulld be made of metal or rubber, while the rubber liner consists of Frame plate liner and cover plate liner.they are always used when there is not big solid particles in the slurry but need better anti-corrosion performance. The liner is cheaper but with good effect.
Bearing Components
The bearing assembly belongs to the rotating part of the slurry pump, and mainly consists of brackets, shafts, bearing box, bearings, labyrinth sleeves, labyrinth rings and other parts.
The slurry pump bearing assembly has the characteristics of a large-diameter shaft and a short cantilever, which minimizes the deflection and vibration. The standard slurry pump bearing assembly has two sets of single-row tapered roller bearings mounted
