What is Sewage Slurry Mud Pumps?

This sewage mud pump is the main residue of several purification treatments (mechanical, chemical, biological) to which the wastewater is subjected in order to be reintroduced into nature without damaging the ecosystem that receives it, whether it is sea, rivers, lakes or even surface soil.

Much of the overall energy consumption in a sewage treatment plant occurs during the entire process of slurry and sewage pumping. Therefore this procedure requires the sewage slurry mud pump and are able to operate in the best way, by minimizing both consumption and wear that is due to friction.

Sewage Slurry Mud Pump Types

Submersible Pump

A submersible pump is a device which has a airtight sealed and close-coupled to the pump body. The whole body is submerged in the fluid to be pumped. Submersible pumps push fluid to the surface, rather than jet pumps, which create a vacuum and rely upon atmospheric pressure.

Grinder pump

Grinder pumps are a subtype of sewage pumps. A grinder pump works like a garbage disposal – it grinds up wastewater from a home and pumps it into the public sewer system. A grinder pump is placed in a tank that is buried in a convenient outdoor location on your property.

Progressive Cavity pump

Progressive cavity pumps are ideal for pumping fluids that have higher viscosities. It transfers fluid such as small, fixed shape, discrete cavities. This design results in a flow with little to no pulse. These pumps have application in fluid metering and pumping 0f shear- sensitive materials.

Centrifugal pump

A centrifugal pump is a pump that can move fluid by transferring rotational energy from one or more driven rotors called also as impellers. It is a mechanical device. They are used as a booster service and for domestic water supplies in buildings for pumping the general water supply .

Reciprocating Pump

Reciprocating pumps are used where a precise amount of fluid is required to be delivered, also where the delivery pressure required is higher than can be achieved with other types. This uses a back-and-forth movement to move a fluid. Ideal for high- pressure, low-flow applications.

Diaphragm Pump

A diaphragm pump moves fluid by creating suction through a vibrating diaphragm. A peristaltic pump moves the fluid by squeezing a liquid-filled hose. They are used in virtually every industry that requires fluid transfer. They are often used for dewatering or water removal.

Product Advantages

Eco-Friendly

Our product can eliminate wastewater that can contaminate water and harm huge amounts of wildlife.

Powerful

A solid handler, or solid ejector, our sewage pump can handle even solid raw sewage and is powerful enough to pump well.

Long Life Services

Our pumps is widely used in mining, power and chemical industry with high abrasion resistance and long working life

Clogging Free

Due to our design, large solids can be passed without clogging and relatively little impeller wear occurs.

Sewage Slurry mud pump Usage

Sewage pumps can transfer untreated wastewater or sewage. The most common use of this pump is in municipal wastewater treatment plants but also it can be used in private homes or buildings. Also used to pump effluents, semi-solids, and small solids in a variety of commercial, industrial, maritime, municipal, and wastewater treatment applications.

Kingda pump advantage

Kingda is a famous brand in China and became the leading player in the industry pump field (including sewage mud pump factory). Industry was established in 1949. Now the company covers an area of more than 300 acres, with a total construction area of more than 80,000 square meters.

The company strives to integrate the upstream and downstream industrial resources of the impurity pump industry in the region, and gradually forms a research and design, manufacturing and sales base for impurity pumps with the strong pump industry group Xingtang Pump Co., Ltd. as the industrial core and green manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing as the development direction.

Sewage pump Specifications

The impeller

An impeller or impellor is a rotor used to increase the pressure and flow of a fluid. The pump is designed for pumping water containing solids and sludge. The impeller used is a vortex type, and with this design we can ensure a clog free working of the pump. Slurry applications can be especially hard on the impeller of your pump because of their abrasive nature.

Electrical motor

An electric motor is an electrical machine that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. The electrical motor is the heart of the pump, therefore is are we only using first class suppliers to ensure a long and problem free operation of the pump. The motor is protected by a thermal switch in the stator windings to ensure that overheating is avoided.

Float switch

Built in float switch as an option. A cost-effective level control to reduce and maintain water. An installation for automatic level control where the level is changing quickly or in other installations to reduce excess wear and power consumption by avoiding that the pump is working on snore, without water.

Seal casing

A user-friendly seal casing that makes changing of the seal easy and without using any special tools or personal with specific skills. We have done the work for you – all-in-one to provide simple sealing solution and ease of installation. The service time for seal changing is reduced compared to a normal double mechanical seal.

Best supplier of high performance pumps

Being founded in the 1949s, Kingda now is a global leading supplier and developer of high performance pumping solutions for mining, aggregates, mineral processing, dredging, tunneling, water treatment and other industries that involve slurry or sewage. Best sewage mud pump manufacturer.

Bottom FAQ

A sewage pump is used to transfer sewage liquids and solids from one place to another. Usually, in residential applications, sewage includes soft solids up to 2″ in diameter is pumped from a sewage basin to a sewer system or a septic tank. A sewage pump is installed at the lowest point of the sewage basin

A submersible sewage pump is located at the bottom of basin or receptacle, such as a septic tank. The intake for that pump is located as close to the floor of the basin as possible, often being found on the bottom or near the bottom of the device.
