Rubber
Frame Plate Liner

High-quality rubber slurry pump liners offer excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance, extending pump life. Their flexibility absorbs vibrations, reducing wear.

Lightweight, durable, and easy to install, these liners lower replacement and maintenance costs, ensuring stable pump performance.

Rubber
Frame Plate Liner
Overview

In slurry pumps, the rubber frame plate liner protects the pump body from wear and extends the pump’s lifespan. Slurry pumps are commonly used to transport abrasive media containing solid particles, which can cause significant wear on the pump’s internal components, especially the frame and liner. rubber frame plate liner helps reduce this wear, safeguarding the pump’s structure.

Using rubber as a liner offers several benefits:

  • Abrasion Resistance
  • Corrosion Resistance
  • Vibration Dampening
  • Lightweight
  • Noise Reduction

Therefore, the rubber frame plate liner is an essential component in slurry pumps, effectively protecting the pump body from wear, improving operational efficiency, and extending service life.

Excellent Wear Resistance

Rubber effectively resists abrasion from solid particles in the slurry, making it ideal for high-concentration and fine-particle applications, significantly extending the pump’s lifespan.

Excellent Corrosion Resistance

Rubber is highly resistant to acidic, alkaline, and other corrosive media, allowing it to perform reliably in harsh environments and protecting the pump casing from chemical damage.

Impact Absorption

The elasticity of rubber cushions the impact of slurry flow, reducing stress on the pump casing and other components, and enhancing operational stability.

Vibration and Noise Reduction

Rubber absorbs vibrations and minimizes noise, improving the working environment and reducing noise pollution during operation.

Low Maintenance Costs

Compared to metal liners, rubber Frame Plate Liners are easier to produce, replace, and maintain, offering longer maintenance cycles at a lower cost.
