Kingda Pump Industry was founded in 1949, and now our group has invested 650 million to build a new R&D, design, manufacturing and sales base. It covers a total area of more than 300 mu, with a total construction area of more than 80,000 square meters. It can produce 10,000 sets of various industrial slurry pumps, such as slurry pumps, dredging pumps, desulfurization pumps, and tunnellng pumps, and 2,800 tons of various pump accessories. The company strives to integrate the upstream and downstream industrial resources of the slurry pump industry in the region, and gradually forms a research and design, manufacturing and sales base for slurry pumps with the Kingda Pump Industry Group Xingtang Pump Co., Ltd. as the industrial core and green manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing as the development direction.
Kingda has strong R&D capabilities and manufacturing capabilities and has now innovated and built four platforms: green design platform, green manufacturing platform, green test platform and green pump product life cycle analysis and management platform. A large number of advanced production equipment has been added, and a domestic first-class large-scale water pump test station has been newly built, with a test capacity of 37,000m3/h and a test head of 1,100m.

Model manufacturing adopts CNC gantry milling, which has high precision and high efficiency; the casting and melting equipment has 5 intermediate frequency induction furnaces, and the direct-reading spectrum analyzer is used for the component inspection before the furnace. The component detection is accurate and can effectively ensure the quality of castings; 6 continuous sand mixers , the maximum capacity is 40t/h, 5 sets of cleaning equipment, the maximum weight of 300 tons, 2 automatic sand processing lines, 25t/h, 22 sets of heat treatment equipment.

100 sets of metal cutting machine tools, 4 sets of large-scale CNC vertical lathes (with milling and drilling functions) for cold working of 8-12 meters, and 3 sets of floor-standing boring and milling machines, of which the largest CNC floor-standing milling and boring machine has a spindle diameter of Φ200mm, a headstock stroke of 3m, and a column stroke. 10m, anti-skid pillow extension length 1.2m, spindle extension length 1.2m, can process large parts with complex shapes and high precision requirements

Assembly workshop
The assembly workshop is responsible for the company’s product assembly, testing, painting, packaging and other processes. The annual output is 8,000 to 10,000 sets. The workshop has 13 cranes with a maximum lifting capacity of 50 tons. It can assemble TK1200 (150 tons) dredging pump, 1 submersible pump assembly well, and can assemble 6835×17 (flow rate 1100 cubic meters; motor 3250KW) national ultra-large flow mining pump. There is an independent closed assembly rotor room. There is an automatic painting line integrating painting, drying and catalytic combustion treatment
