High chromium alloy

Kingda’s high chromium alloy impellers, pump casings, volutes, plates and other spare parts have extremely strong toughness, corrosion resistance and impact resistance.

When conveying slurry containing ore and mortar in mining projects, it can effectively resist the cutting of crushed stone and reduce the wear of crushed stone on metal spare parts.

Rubber

Kingda optimizes the production formula based on natural rubber to make it have higher mechanical strength and elasticity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, good flame retardancy, and is suitable for low-erosion, high-concentration chemical slurries.

Stainless steel

Kingda’s duplex stainless steel material has high strength, good impact toughness and good corrosion resistance.

The corrosion resistance is more than twice that of ordinary stainless steel, and can be used for impellers, pump casings, pump covers, shafts, sleeves and pipe fittings working in corrosive environments.

Ceramics

Kingda’s wear-resistant ceramic materials can be used to manufacture the wet end parts of slurry pumps. Its hardness is second only to diamond. They are resistant to corrosion by all strong and weak acids except hydrofluoric acid, and by bases.

The service life under the same working conditions is more than 4-6 times that of ordinary slurry pump accessories.

Casting and Heat Treatment Processes for Optimizing Material Performance

Kingda uses advanced casting and heat treatment processes. During the solidification process of the casting, the temperature of each part is accurately adjusted to make the casting solidify in sequence. The shrinkage compensation system plays a shrinkage compensation role, which greatly extends the service life of the slurry pump accessories.

The advanced heat treatment process allows the chemical composition of the metal material to always maintain high hardness and high toughness. It prevents the metal surface from being cut by hard abrasives and slows down the occurrence of wear.

Slurry Pump Spare and Wear Parts

Impeller: The impeller is the core part of the slurry pump accessories. It is installed at one end of the pump shaft and directly connected to the pump shaft. The impeller directly acts on the medium, transfers energy to the medium and generates kinetic energy, there are various materials to be chosen.

Volute casing: The volute casing is used to guide the flow out of the impeller in order to convert the slurry flow’s kinetic energy into pressure; it serves to collect the fluid discharged from the impeller and route it to the outlet.

Metal/Rubber Lining: Kingda slurry pump has a double pump casing structure, that is, the pump is equipped with a replaceable liner Metal/Rubber Lining). Such design will reduce the maintenance cost and extend the working life of whole pump.

Bearing Assembly: The bearing assembly belongs to the rotating part of the slurry pump, and mainly consists of shafts, bearing box, bearings, sleeves, rings and other parts.
