Kingda Electric Slurry Pump

Kingda electric slurry pump has a simple structure, adopts high-efficiency motor, and uses siphon heat dissipation technology. It can run for a long time without stopping, reduce the number of maintenance, and have a long service life.

The electric slurry pump can use variable frequency motor according to the customer’s purpose and needs, so that the slurry pump always maintains the best efficiency (BEP), without worrying about the instability of flow or head, more energy-saving, and reduce your operating costs.

Compared with traditional diesel engine slurry pumps, Kingda electric slurry pumps have lower noise and stronger power. According to the needs of customer projects, 380V, 690V, 6KV, 10KV three-phase AC can be selected. If there are special requirements, Kingda electric slurry pumps can also be equipped with high-voltage motors.

Variable frequency speed regulating motor

Kingda electric slurry pump can be driven by energy-saving variable frequency motor. According to the change of load, the variable frequency motor adjusts the speed of the motor and changes the frequency, so that the electric slurry pump can achieve the effect of saving electricity and improving the overall efficiency.

Permanent magnet motor

The rotor of the permanent magnet motor is inlaid with rare earth magnetic steel material. The current is only one tenth of the rated current when it is unloaded, and the loss is very small. Compared with ordinary motors, the energy consumption can be reduced by 10%-50% year-on-year, which greatly reduces the operating cost of Kingda electric slurry pump.

Hydraulic Coupling Drive

The hydraulic coupling realizes the soft start of the slurry pump through the internal oil, has a certain buffer, provides protection for the motor, and reduces vibration. It is mostly suitable for coal washing plants, tailings transportation, etc.
