Kingda Rubber Lined Slurry Pump

Kingda rubber lined slurry pump is based on natural rubber, supplemented with cabot carbon black, and added with highly wear-resistant nano additives. It is easily competent for the transportation of acidic and alkaline slurries and is widely used in mining, coal washing plants, chemical plants and other industries.

Rubber lined pump has higher strength and corrosion resistance than metal lined slurry pumps, effectively extending the service life and lower manufacturing costs.

Kingda rubber lined has good flexibility, cut and tear resistance, excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and cavitation resistance, and its service life is 2-3 times that of ordinary rubber.

Elastic deformation, absorbing kinetic energy

Light weight, easy maintenance and replacement

Transporting coarse particle slurry

Low operating cost

Rubber Lined Slurry Pump Applications

Kingda rubber lined slurry pump has excellent corrosion resistance and can easily pump acid, alkaline phosphoric acid, potash fertilizer, chemical slurry and corrosive liquids.

Excellent tensile strength reduces the impact of solid particle slurry on the pump body, such as building aggregates, sand and gravel, clay slurry, pulp, alumina, wastewater, tailings, etc.

Kingda rubber lined pump is widely used in chemical plants, oil, natural gas, mineral processing, metallurgical industry, dredging, coal washing plant, power plant, papermaking industry.

Rubber Lined Slurry Pump Spec

Since 1948, Kingda has been focusing on the design and production of Slurry Pumps. We have a full-process slurry pump production chain. Kingda not only provides slurry pumps, but also a supplier of fluid transportation solutions.

Heavy-Duty-Slurry-Pump

heavy duty Slurry Pump with rubber lined

Kingda heavy duty slurry pump has a horizontal structure. The wet end parts are made of elastic rubber material, which can cope with the erosion of slurry containing solid particles. The excellent tensile strength reduces the impact of the slurry on the pump and greatly prolongs the service life of the slurry pump.

Kingda Rubber lining material options

Natural Rubber

Excellent impact resistance: Natural rubber lining can effectively buffer the impact of solid particles on the pump body and reduce damage to the metal pump body.

Good wear resistance: The low friction coefficient of natural rubber enables it to minimize the wear of the slurry on the pump body.

Strong toughness and tensile strength: Good tensile strength ensures that the rubber lining will not deform when impacted by small particles.

Applications:

  • Handling slurries with low particle density
  • Non-corrosive chemical environment
  • Operating temperature: -20℃ ~ 80℃

Nitrile rubber

Excellent oil resistance: can easily handle oily slurry and provide protection for the pump body.

Antistatic property: The excellent antistatic property of nitrile rubber lining can effectively reduce the damage of static electricity to the pump body and motor when pumping some metal slurry.

Chemical corrosion resistance: Nitrile rubber has excellent corrosion resistance for acidic and alkaline slurries.

Applications:

  • Petroleum, Natural gas
  • Chemical slurry
  • Oily medium

Fluoro Rubber

Excellent high temperature resistance: Fluororubber lined pumps can work at high temperatures for a long time.

Excellent corrosion resistance: Fluororubber has extremely strong corrosion resistance, and can easily deal with strong acid and strong alkali slurries, minimizing the corrosion of acid and alkali slurries on the pump body.

Applications:

  • High concentration chemical slurries
  • High temperature or high corrosion conditions
  • Operating temperature: -20℃ ~ 200℃
