Kingda Vertical Centrifugal Slurry Pump

Vertical centrifugal pumps are installed vertically at the workplace. Compared with ordinary pumps (horizontal pumps), they save more space and do not need to build a separate pump room for the pump.

The long shaft design of the vertical slurry pump allows it to go deep into narrow places to extract slurry, such as basements or factory water pits, without taking up a lot of space.

Due to its vertical structure, the long pump shaft can install the pump head in a deeper water source. Compared with the long water inlet pipe of the horizontal pump, the vertical slurry pump avoids friction loss in the pipe, which means that the vertical pump has better efficiency and energy saving.

Compared with the horizontal pump installed horizontally on the ground, the vertical pump that can work in water will be quieter. The water will isolate a large part of the noise and cool the pump head.

Vertical Slurry Pump Applications

Kingda Vertical Slurry Pump is widely used in mining, papermaking, construction and agriculture, such as material transportation in various industries, filter press feeding in mining, etc.

Due to its excellent wear and corrosion resistance, Kingda vertical pump can transport high-density, large-particle slurries, such as sand, aggregate, animal manure, chemical slurry, lime, coal, fly ash, etc.

Kingda vertical foam pump can easily handle foam slurry in mining flotation process, greatly extending the service life of vertical slurry pump.

Vertical Slurry Pump Types

Since 1948, Kingda has been focusing on the design and production of Slurry Pumps. We have a full-process slurry pump production chain. Kingda not only provides slurry pumps, but also a supplier of fluid transportation solutions.

Vertical-Sump-Pump

KSS Series Vertical Slurry Pump

KSS Vertical Sump Pump is a vertical single-stage centrifugal pump structure that can be installed not only below the liquid level of the sump, but also above the liquid level. The circulating lubrication pump shaft device developed by Kingda not only has the functions of temperature measurement and cooling, but also has the shower lubrication function of automatic oil level circulation. The bearing can always maintain a suitable temperature, greatly extending its service life.
  • Flow Rate (m³/h): 18 – 1267
  • Head (m): 4 – 40

Applications:
  • Mining
  • Petrochemical
  • Sewage treatment plant
  • Power plant
Vertical-Froth-Pump

KSF Series Vertical Slurry Pump

The KSF Vertical Froth Pump is flexible and easy to install. The inlet design of the conical container can prevent air lock and allow air to be discharged along the pump shaft through the eddy current detector. The cantilever design does not require a stuffing box and bearings, which greatly reduces the number of maintenance times and extends the service life of the vertical froth pump. The wet-end wear-resistant parts can be made of high-chromium alloy wear-resistant metal and wear-resistant rubber according to the working conditions to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Flow Rate (m³/h): 10 – 1000
  • Head (m): 5 – 30

Applications:
  • Metal ore dressing machine
  • Phosphate and apatite ore washing machine
  • Calcium carbonate concentrator
  • Cement
submersible-slurry-pump

KZQ Series Submersible Slurry Pump

KZQ Submersible Slurry Pump can be fully submerged in water. The pump body and motor are integrated to ensure that the submersible slurry pump will not leak, with stable performance and high reliability. Kingda Submersible Slurry Pump is equipped with a PLC control panel, which can automatically protect the pump, automatically start and stop, and output signals.
  • Flow Rate (m³/h): 30 – 3500
  • Head (m): 10 – 120

Applications:
  • Coal
  • Electricity
  • Dredging
  • Sand mining

Kingda’s Advanced Wear-Resistant Materials for Demanding Applications

Materials and Manufacturing Processes of Vertical Slurry Pumps

Kingda vertical slurry pump is made of high wear-resistant alloy, which can easily cope with abrasive wear, corrosive wear and erosion wear in the slurry, greatly reduce the amount of wear debris generated and protect the metal pump body.

The wet end parts of Kingda vertical slurry pump can be selected from high chromium alloy, natural rubber or synthetic rubber, so that the vertical slurry pump has an extraordinary wear resistance period to meet the highest strength requirements of the design.

The slurry pump adopts advanced casting technology, and the casting will not have defects such as shrinkage and pores. The metal pump body membrane is solid and dense, and the chemical structure is stable. Even if it is in contact with corrosive media for a long time, it will not be dissolved or damaged.
