SO2 is an acid gas which will cause big trouble for the environment, and Flue-gas desulfurization (FGD) is the technologies used to remove SO2 from exhaust flue gases of fossil-fuel power plants and processes such as waste incineration. With the help of Special designed slurry pump we use CaCO3 (limestone) slurry to absorb the SO2 and produces CaSO3( calcium sulfite) which could be reused in the construction.

TL (R) series FDG pump
Kingda’s TL (R) series FDG pump is a horizontal centrifugal pump, which adopts the double casing structure of replaceable alloy metal liner or rubber lining,it is with good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high reliability.
The rear detachable structure makes it convenient to check or replace the impeller and mechanical seal without dismantling the inlet and outlet pipelines.
The shaft seal could adopt the cartridge mechanical seal specially used for desulfurization process, which is of longer service life and less down time.
