How to Identify the Correct Replacement Part

1️⃣ Start with the pump identity

Provide the pump brand, series, model, and part number (if available).

2️⃣ Share Photos & Dimensions

Send photos, drawings, dimensions, and other information of the parts.

3️⃣ Verify material and operating duty

Share slurry type, solid concentration, particle size, and operating conditions.

Interchangeable Slurry Pump Parts & Replacement Options

Kingda offers interchangeable slurry pump parts, wet-end assemblies, or complete pump replacements, and can perform matching and verification based on the original model, part information, installation drawings, and actual operating conditions.

Engineers will match replacement parts, adjust materials and configurations, and provide reliable replacement solutions based on key information provided by the user (pump brand, series, model, dimensions, etc.).

Looking for an Interchangeable Slurry Pump?

Kingda can verify wet end assemblies or complete pump replacement solutions for specified brands, series, pump types and operating conditions.

You only need to provide relevant information about the pump brand, including detailed inlet and outlet dimensions, installation methods, drive configurations, sealing forms and performance curves, and Kingda engineers can determine the matching slurry pump based on the model.

Our expertise ensures reliable and efficient solutions tailored to your needs.

Material Selection for Slurry Pump Wear Parts

The high chromium alloy and wear-resistant ceramic materials developed by Kingda have greatly extended the service life of the slurry pump component. Compared with ordinary materials, Kingda’s spares and parts have stronger wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance.

High chromium alloy

Kingda’s high chromium alloy impellers, pump casings, volutes, plates and other spare parts possess excellent toughness, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance.

When conveying slurry containing ore and mortar in mining projects, it can effectively resist the cutting of crushed stone and reduce the wear of crushed stone on metal spare parts.

Wear-resistant ceramics

Kingda’s wear-resistant ceramic materials can be used to manufacture the wet end parts of slurry pumps. Their hardness is second only to diamond.

They can resist corrosion from most acids and alkalis, and have a longer service life than ordinary slurry pump parts under the same working conditions.

Stainless steel slurry pump parts

Stainless steel

Kingda’s duplex stainless steel material has high strength, good impact toughness and good corrosion resistance.

Its corrosion resistance surpasses that of ordinary stainless steel, and can be used for impellers, pump casings, pump covers, shafts, sleeves and pipe fittings working in corrosive environments.

Rubber

Kingda optimizes the production formula based on natural rubber to make it have higher mechanical strength and elasticity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, good flame retardancy, and is suitable for low-erosion, high-concentration chemical slurries.

Casting and Heat Treatment Processes for Optimizing Material Performance

Kingda uses advanced casting and heat treatment processes. During the solidification process of the casting, the temperature of each part is accurately adjusted to make the casting solidify in sequence. The shrinkage compensation system plays a shrinkage compensation role, which greatly extends the service life of the slurry pump accessories.

The advanced heat treatment process allows the chemical composition of the metal material to always maintain high hardness and high toughness. It prevents the metal surface from being cut by hard abrasives and slows down the occurrence of wear.

Slurry Pump Spare and Wear Parts

Impeller: The impeller is the core part of the slurry pump accessories. It is installed at one end of the pump shaft and directly connected to the pump shaft. The impeller directly acts on the medium, transfers energy to the medium and generates kinetic energy, there are various materials to be chosen.

Volute casing: The volute casing is used to guide the flow out of the impeller in order to convert the slurry flow’s kinetic energy into pressure; it serves to collect the fluid discharged from the impeller and route it to the outlet.

Metal/Rubber Lining: Kingda slurry pump has a double pump casing structure, that is, the pump is equipped with a replaceable liner Metal/Rubber Lining). Such design will reduce the maintenance cost and extend the working life of whole pump.

Bearing Assembly: The bearing assembly belongs to the rotating part of the slurry pump, and mainly consists of shafts, bearing box, bearings, sleeves, rings and other parts. Kingda slurry pump bearing assembly has the characteristics of a large-diameter shaft and a short cantilever, which minimizes the deflection and vibration.
